Registration Form:
- Download and Print the
BiTS 2013 Registration Form below, fill it out completely, then mail or
fax it to the address below by the Advance Registration date of 2/15/2013.
You can avoid the
onsite rush - for the first time BiTS online
registration will remain available through
February 25 - the onsite rate will apply after
February 15.
Or, you can register
onsite (the Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa Hotel)
beginning at noon on March 3 – see Shelley or
Lauren at the BiTS Registration Desk.

Registration cannot be processed without payment.
All payments must be made in US dollars, drawn on US banks.
There will be a $50 fee assessed for returned checks.
Advance Registration
payments must be received by the advance registration deadline; if payment
is not received by the deadline, the on-site rate will apply.
Advance registration fees will be refunded only by written request
received by 2/15/2013 to the BiTS Registration Office:

A $50 Processing fee will be charged for each
refund.
There are no refunds for cancellations
after February 15, 2013.

BiTS 2013 special discount rate of
$169/night (available through 5:00PM Pacific
time on 2/8/2013). For reservations, see the

the special BiTS rate when making your hotel
reservation, indicate that you are attending
